Royal Caribbean Cruises for kids/teens?

Royal Caribbean Cruises for kids/teens?
I have been invited to take my family on a Royal Caribbean cruise (with work so I will be in meetings some of the time). Just wondering is this a good cruise for kids? I have a 9year old a 12 year old, a 15 year old and a 17 year old. What things are there to do for kids and what are the kids programs like? Also is the teen areas supervised? Thanks

Every ship has another style. So there are some ships with special offers for families with kids, some are specialized particularly for lonely singles, some for elderly people… You may better ask the cruise company before you choose the ship, if they are attractive for teenagers and kids.

Which one is the best beach in the Caribbean to spend vacations with a limited budget???

- I am looking for a nice place to take my girlfriend and at the same time, not to spend excesively!!!

an all inclusive resort like Sandals is probably the best bet they have hotels on islands such as Jamaica St.Lucia and the bahamas

Additionally look for lesser known islands that are not not to touristy eg St.Vincent and the Grenadines or Grenada. As with all Caribbean islands they have the same sparkling white sand beaches, the sun , the people are friendly and vacationing there is relatively cheap. Also st.Vincent is volcanic so there are eco-tourism activities as well

What is the best Caribbean all inclusive??

Hello, I’m planning a trip to the Caribbean in May. I’ve never been there so I am considering an all-inclusive. I’ve been looking at Couples Swept Away in Jamaica, the Royal Hideaway Playacar or Secrets Capri in Mexico and any of the Sandals resorts. But I have no idea which one of these to choose!?!? Can anybody help or provide suggestions??? I’m going with my girlfriend for 4 nights and am in my late 20s…looking for a laid back scene (not crazy spring break) BUT I also would like to have some type of nightlife or entertainment as well and not just go to sleep everynight at 10pm. Please help!!!

Secret Capri is a top notch resort. Secret would be my choice. You will not be going to bed at 10PM unless you want to. Here is a link to tourist reviews and photos of the resort.

Have a great time and enjoy)

What to pack for a Western Caribbean cruise in December-January?

My husband and I are going on a Western Caribbean cruise around New Year’s Eve for our anniversary. What should we pack for the weather there? We will be stopping at the Bahamas, Jamaica, and the Grand Caymans. We have our formal wear for Captain’s Night, but beyond that, I am at a loss.

Carry light layers for casual wear. they weather is usually nice and will range from the high sevnties and can drop to the mid 60s at night. The further south you go the less change you will see in temperatures. The light layers are for the evenings or in case of a cold front. Other than that its like regular summer clothing. The Bahamas is the northern most part of the Caribbean (we technically aren’t in the Caribbean sea, but The Atlantic Ocean) and in December its usually still pretty warm during the day and comfortably cool at night (with the exception of cold fronts) so Jamaica and Grand Caymans should be just beautiful.
