i need a website where i can book a honeymoon to the caribbean?

what are some links or websites where i can book a cruise to the bahamas or bermuda or anywhere in the caribbean?

I want to put a generic answer but to be honest when you said "HONEYMOON" I stopped dead in my tracks. Because it is a honeymoon you should really talk to someone who can get you and tell you what will give you what you are looking for. Sure you can go independent and book a great trip but say you go on Travelocity and the picture looks fantastic however they don’t have that main thing you and your new wife want on vacation like a romantic atmosphere or privacy and your room is to tiny to get comfortable. It will totally ruin what you are trying to achieve on this honeymoon and since this is once in a life time event to this woman….make it special don’t wing it. I recommend talking to a Travel Agent anyone with experience. Often it doesn’t cost a thing for advice but in turn they will make the reservation for you and are paid through commission. If you find a lower price for their suggestion tell them because most travel agency have best rate guarantee. There is some tips below in the next paragraph and CONGRATULATIONS : )

Yes I recommend www.majestytraveler.com. We coordinate all trips from cruises and private vacations. FROM Luxury vacations TO independent backpack trips. Most of our clients are on payment arrangements. Only with last minute deals are they required to pay in full.

Good thing about Majesty traveler is the vacation planning starts with you. ASK YOUR SELF BEFORE YOU CALL ANY TRAVEL AGENCY: what you are looking for on this vacation? what experience you want to have on this vacation? what is your budget for this vacation or getaway? what type of property would you enjoy for your stay? what are the things you want to do? IF you know where you want to go. Tell the agent where you want to go and they should find the place that fulfills your desires and what you are looking to experience on this vacation. Having your agent understand these questions upfront ensures you will get the most for your money and that your agent will be on the hunt for achieving your vacation plans.
If a travel agent is not asking these questions from you before they get started then I would find another agent.

This is Majesty Traveler’s philosophy on our clients vacations plans, after all it is your money and you should get the most out of every penny.

What is the cheapest time to go to an all inclusive resort in the Caribbean but not during hurricane season?

Had plans for February but heard that it’s peak season. We are looking at Punta Cana or Jamaica. Any advice? Thanks!

Well officially, hurricane season in the carribean stretches from June 1st to November 30th. So February is perfect to go. & actually during hurricane season it is rare taht you would even meet up w/ a hurricane. Hurricanes rarely hit Puerto Rico & thats close to Jamaica. Just watch weather before you go, hurricanes are usually tracked much earlier than they hit. Also Feb is good b/c Christmas & New yrs are over. Holiday always causes more travel.. which then increases prices. Orbitz has great prices. Just click ‘flexible dates’ & you will do good.

who has used Island Marketing Ltd. for their shore excursions on West Caribbean Cruises?

We are taking a cruise later on this year, the crusie line don’t offer the shore excursion I want . I want to go white river tubing and go to Dunns River Falls . The lady that’s in charge of the group we’re going with says not to use other company for shore excursions use only the crusie ship excursions but Island Marketing is cheaper and goes where I want to go. They also take smaller groups then crusie line does. The lady has sailed with this line sevral times in the past and says she gets special treatment because of all the people she gets to sail each trip. I’m thinking the only reason she wants us to use the crusie line excrusions is so she gets more discounts or better treatment.

You can find local companies that do the same excursions for a lot cheaper than the cruise lines. going tubing and hitting the falls in 1 day may not be real doable though. Go to cruisecritic.com and go to the message board and look at the ports of call board.

Where would you recommend going on a Caribbean Vacation?

My boyfriend doesn’t want to go to Jamaica – he’s interested in Dominican Republic. Suggestions?
We like snorkelling/diving, hiking, biking, anything physical and would like to experience the culture of a country (not just stay at a resort). Also love animals!

Dominican Republic has many all inclusive resorts, but it is not safe to go sightseen out of the hotel property. In other words, you will enjoy a beautiful resort and the beach.

I encourage you to check out Puerto Rico. Puerto Rico is a US territory, so you don’t need a passport and they use US currency. Besides great resorts and hotels, there are so many other attractions that 1 week won’t be enough. Since you said that you both enjoy nature, animals, and sports Puerto Rico has so many options for both of you. Read this…

There is no place quite like a tropical volcanic island, and no island in the Caribbean quite like Puerto Rico. The geography of the island is very unusual, as it encompasses distinctly different kinds of topography and microclimates in a relatively small area.

A rugged mountain range runs across the center from east to west, which often prevents rain clouds from passing to the south. The north side of the island is covered by dense vegetation, karst formations, and rushing streams, while, the south side is sun-toasted terrain, home to tropical dry forests and many species of exotic birds. Puerto Rico is only about 100 miles long and 35 miles wide, so its most distant points are only a three-hour drive apart. It also means that just about every tropical landscape in existence is a short trip from wherever you happen to be!

Explore our top Nature and Adventure sites to learn more about all the fascinating flora and fauna on the island, and the variety of ways you can see them. From easy leisurely drives and walks to serious hiking, rock climbing, spelunking, kayaking, and camping on deserted islands, the nature lover and adventure traveler can find it all in Puerto Rico.

Visit this link for more info on wildlife, hiking, ecotours, canoeing, and caving. Also there is an interactive map that will help you to find the right accomodation for you.
