I heard that St. Thomas and Aruba are wonderful. I have never been to St. Maarten but have always wanted to go. I am not sure if this is an option or not, but Royal Caribbean "Navigato of the Sea's" is a 7 night cruise. It goes to Negril, Jamaica, Haaiti, St. Maarten, Cayman Islands, and Belize. Every day you have a new place to see. I have been to the Cayman Islands and it is alright, it was fun snorkeling, but kind of a nasty city.<br><b>References : </b><br> Okay. It is only an hour away from the southern California mainland. There are many choise of the Catalina ferries, what is romantic aptly named ?Island of romance? Most of the hotels are all inclusive, however, there are some offering room only and bed/breakfast. Also, consider, what is important to you in your holiday, this may reduce your list natually for you. Some of the islands do not have that much to do, so if you are wanting activity/sight-seeing ect, then consider Barbados, though this is quite expensive in my opinion.
