The Southern Caribbean is more-remote than the Eastern or Western, so it will be a bit more complicated to get there and probably more expensive. Barbados, St. Lucia, etc. are common destinations and they do have AI's. You might consider a Caribbean cruise, but that, too, involves some research, as there are many, many options that you would need to choose from before you talk with a travel agent.
