looking for a nice island/resort for an all inclusive Caribbean vacation in feb. o9

late 40’s couples trip

We go to Punta Cana every 2 years. We stay at The Bavaro Princess All suits Resort. We book it thru applevacation.com. You would love it.The resort has the most beautiful landscape we have ever seen. The people are very friendly and go out of their way to make you happy. The beach and ocean is very clean and also beautiful. Crystal clear blue water. It is breathtaking. Lots of activities at the resort and the shows are lots of fun too. If you want you can email me at mcleanz5@aol.com and i can email you back with some pictures. We have gone to many other places and none compare to Punta Cana. If you do go we recommend the jungle safari and zip-line excursions. So much fun and it never gets old. enjoy wherever you go.

Cancun, Cozumel, Grand turks, Grand Cayman…Carnival cruises probably cost less than hotels and buying every meal…The best food ever, and the best entertainment, and comfort, AND all inclusive…

My parents went to Jamaica in their mid 40’s for their anniversary and they said that they absolutely loved it. They went to runaway bay for ages 14+ and the resort was spectacular. I also heard that Antigua is a really nice place to go to and Sandals resort would be your best choice. I also have a friend that has traveled all over the world and her favourite place was Cuba. Cuba would also be nice because you can go out of the resort. And it’s pretty safe unlike Israel right now.

Try San Andres Island Colombia. It is a small island off the coast of Nicaraugua. Don’t let the word Colombia scare you. The people are friendly there.

    Check out Big Juice’s website

If you book through Avianca airlines, the fares include airfare and all inclusive hotels.

    enjoy

If you are looking for one of those A.I. bunker type places with nothing original or adventureous about it, it really doesn’t matter where it is located.

Hi Brian, everybody will give you "the" best place to go. Well I’m doing this also but out of experience only! If you want to have a good holliday in a "all inclusive" resort/hotel, with a great beach of 13 km long, a town at 15 min by public bus, and Ocean World nearby, mountains, diving spots, snorkeling tours, just dream it and you will have it. Where? in Puerto Plata north coast of the Dominican Republic!
A good resort? all are between good and excellent, depending your lifestyle and of course your budget, just ask your travel agent, he/she will gladly give you the best for your money!
    Happy to help

I highly recommend Cuba. It is beautiful there (and very safe). But most of all, it`s a very romantic and fun place to be. Cayo Coco is one of the beautiful areas there. It`s a little secluded from the mainland but only 15 minutes from the airport. Very easy to get to the nearby city of Morón (in Ciego de Ávila).
There are many day trips/excursions (go to Havana if you can)…and many activities on the resorts.
You can do a lot or you can just simply relax.

The water is a gorgeous clear turquoise blue with soft, powdery white sand. The Cubans are amazing and will make your stay special. They have a genuine warmth and hospitality…and zest for life.

Tryp Cayo Coco Resort is a favourite of mine and the place is fabulous! The staff everywhere are wonderful! The food, services, accomodations, everything is excellent.

But Cuba in general is a wonderful place to go…you would really love it there…and February is a nice time to go…actually any time of year is great there. February won’t be very crowded…but just remember you might not want to book anywhere for travel when it’s ‘reading week’ for the college/university students.

Have a great time wherever you go!
