Instead of Caribben islands i will perfer u Goa & kerala in India at affordable rates. both are loverly places & in most wanted list of tourist visiting to India.At kerala u will find backriver waters .it is also famous for spa & suna & yoga.Goa beach are crystal clear & u will find lot of tourist there.

Look up caribbean vacations on the web. You will find many websites that specialize in tour packages for different islands.

It also depends on which island you are interested in?

Aruba is nice any time of the year.
