Where is a nice place to got to on a vacation in the Caribbean/bahamas area?
Im looking to go on a nice vacation next year somewhere in the caribbean or the bahamas, or somewhere around that area, but im not sure where to go. Any ideas?
I’ve travelled extensively throughout the Carribean and I love all the islands, especially St.Lucia, Antigua, Aruba and Bonaire. Of course Grenada is great too…Let’s see. The water in the Western Carribean is probably the clearest as there is less rainfall to wash silt into the waters, but the waters are beautiful no matter where you go. If you think that this might be a once and only trip, you might consider taking a cruise. I never thought I would like cruising, but I absolutely love it. You get to experience many different islands, and there is so much to do onboard that you will not be able to take advantage of everything! (and the food is great). When you are docked in the various ports there are many excursions that you can take – whether just to a beach for swimming and snorkeling or into the rain forests. We’ve always gone on Holland America, but there are many cruise lines to choose from. Check out the sites below.
